Link-USA is a vibrant, inclusive community dedicated to supporting and empowering LGBTQ+ insurance industry professionals.
Our mission is to provide a platform for LGBTQ+ insurance professionals to connect, share, and grow. We offer resources, support, and advocacy to help our members succeed in their careers and lives. Through networking events, professional development programs, and community outreach, we aim to:
- Empower LGBTQ+ professionals by providing opportunities for career advancement and personal growth.
- Educate the insurance industry on the importance of diversity and inclusion, promoting best practices for creating welcoming workplaces.

Latin American Association of Insurance Agencies (LAAIA)
LAAIA is a vibrant, non-profit professional organization dedicated to supporting independent insurance agents. Founded in 1969, LAAIA is committed to ensuring a healthy insurance environment through continuous education, legislative advocacy, networking, and community outreach.
LAAIA’s mission is to protect the rights of its members for the benefit of the consumer by providing:
- Education: Offering insurance training and continuing education seminars approved by the Department of Insurance.
- Advocacy: Actively participating in legislative matters to represent the interests of our members.
- Networking: Facilitating monthly events and the largest annual insurance convention and trade fair in South Florida to connect industry professionals.
- Community Outreach: Engaging in initiatives that give back to the community and support local causes.
National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA)
NAAIA is a dedicated organization that supports and promotes the growth and development of African American professionals in the insurance industry. Established in 2003, NAAIA Chicago works tirelessly to expand career opportunities and enhance the professional skills of its members through education, mentorship, and networking.
NAAIA Chicago is committed to facilitating growth, development, empowerment, and career enhancement among African American insurance professionals. Our mission is realized through various initiatives, including:
